ABOUT AL5ZYME CAPSULE

AL5ZYME CAPSULE is a combination of Alpha-Amylase, Alpha Galactosidase, Lactase, Lipase and Protease which belongs to the group of medicines called digestive enzymes respectively. It is used to relieve problems like indigestion, flatulence (gas), bloating, burping, feeling full, abdominal pain, heartburn, and appetite loss. AL5ZYME CAPSULE is also used for lactose intolerance (a condition in which the body is unable to digest lactose, a type of sugar present in milk foods due to a deficiency of lactase enzyme. Symptoms include farting, diarrhoea, stomach pain, bloating and nausea) and chronic pancreatitis (inflammation of the pancreas causing severe abdominal pain which radiates to the back). AL5ZYME CAPSULE should be used with caution in patients with phenylketonuria (a hereditary disorder of phenylalanine metabolism). Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or planning or are breastfeeding before taking AL5ZYME CAPSULE. AL5ZYME CAPSULE is not recommended for use in children under 4 years of age. The most common side effects of taking AL5ZYME CAPSULE are diarrhoea, abdominal pain or cramps and nausea. Contact your doctor if any of the symptoms get worse or persist.
