Each orally disintegrating strip Donetaz ODS 5 mg Strip contains Donepezil Hydrochloride 5mg and Excipients q.s.

Donepezil reversibly and noncompetitively inhibits centrally-active acetylcholine-esterase that is responsible for the hydrolysis of acetylcholine. This inhibition increases the concentration of acetylcholine, which is involved in memory function.
