ABOUT ADVOG 0.2 MG TABLET
ADVOG 0.2MG TABLET contains Voglibose which belongs to the group of medicines called Anti-diabetics. It is used in the management of type 2 diabetes mellitus along with diet and exercise to improve post-prandial blood glucose levels (when only diet and/or exercise or oral hypoglycemic drugs or insulin preparation in addition to diet and/or exercise does not result in adequate glycemic control). Type 2 diabetes is a chronic medical condition in which the body does not make enough insulin, or the produced insulin does not work well. Symptoms include excessive urination, excessive thirst, hunger, fatigue, and blurred vision. Along management with ADVOG 0.2MG TABLET follow regular exercise and diet plan as advised by your doctor to achieve better results. ADVOG 0.2MG TABLET is not recommended for use in patients having severe ketosis, in a state of diabetic coma or pre-coma, severe infection, before and after an operation, or with serious trauma and gastrointestinal obstruction. ADVOG 0.2MG TABLET should be used with caution in patients undergoing abdominal laparotomy for gallstone ileus or have roemheld’s syndrome, stenosis, liver, and kidney problems and in elderly patients. ADVOG 0.2MG TABLET is not recommended for use among pregnant, breastfeeding women, children, and adolescents. The most common side effects of taking ADVOG 0.2MG TABLET are soft stools or diarrhea, flatulence, bloating, abdominal pain or discomfort, abdominal fullness, and nausea.
