ADDEX 500MG OINTMENT contains Cadex Omer Iodine which belongs to a group of medicines called Anti-Bacterial agents. It is used for the treatment of chronic exuding wounds such as leg ulcers, pressure ulcers, diabetic ulcers, and infected traumatic and surgical wounds.
ADDEX 500MG OINTMENT is not recommended for use if you have Hashimoto’s thyroiditis (underactive thyroid), non-toxic nodular goitre (enlargement of thyroid gland) and history of grave’s disease (overactive thyroid). Consult your doctor before applying it.
ADDEX 500MG OINTMENT should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Consult your doctor before applying it.
