Gastica Drop is a pediatric medicine that is specially formulated for infants and toddlers. It is composed of simethicone, dill oil, and fennel oil, which work together to relieve symptoms of flatulence (accumulation of gas in the stomach) and relieve stomach discomfort, cramps, and colic in infants and young children. Simethicone reduces the effects of the formation of gas bubbles, while essential oils promote digestion and overall gastrointestinal health.
